Returns

If one of my products is faulty or defective in some way then please email me at returns@waterwayroutes.co.uk so we can sort out the best way to resolve the problem. Please do not return anything unless I ask you to do that as, in most cases an email or photo will be sufficient and will save postage and time.

I do not normally accept returns of unwanted items and the Downloaded Maps and the DVDs are exempt from the legislation covering returns. I will, however, consider exceptional cases if you email me with details.
